How are these cards created?
All photographs used in these cards are taken by Julie Du Bois. When hand-created artwork is used in place of a photograph, the artwork is created by either Julie Du Bois or her daughter Madeline, as noted on the back of the card.
After the original photograph or artwork is made, Julie creates the graphic design for each card on the computer using Photoshop and MS Word.
How do I order cards?
Every card is available in two sizes: small (notecard, 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and large (greeting card, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"). The front artwork is framed in white, and is printed in high resolution, far superior to the preview imaging you see on the website.
When you order a card, you are asked to specify the size. You can also choose whether want the card(s) sent to you, or to have a card delivered directly to someone. You can add your own salutation and note to any card as part of the "add to cart" process, and it will be printed in the card.
The shopping cart is offered through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Shipping is included in all prices (US and Canada).
